TRADEMARK SEARCH- SENIOR ASSOCIATE
1. Conduct comprehensive trademark clearance searches, encompassing both identical and phonetic searches, as well as common law search.
2. Exhibit proficiency in utilizing trademark databases, including TMView, Global Brand Database, and specialized search platforms such as Anaqua, Markify, or Corsearch.
3. Generate detailed reports from both commercial databases and publicly accessible resources.
4. Analyze the retrieved data and select the most pertinent references for inclusion in trademark research reports tailored for clients.
5. Identify potential conflicts by evaluating similarities in trademarks, goods classifications, and international classifications, while providing thorough risk assessments.
6. Prepare and deliver accurate trademark research within strict deadlines that are often high-volume and time sensitive.
