**Role Description:** This onsite role is part of the global Citrix operations team, supporting 24/7 coverage to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure resilience. This role should manage, optimize, and support Amgen Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across global enterprise infrastructure.
