Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have at least 1-year GDS experience (preferably Sabre and Amadeus) in a BPO setting.
• Proficient in using GDS Cryptic/Native commands to book and manage travel arrangements
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
• Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
