Job Description
You will report directly to our Assistant General Counsel, PT and will be based in our Gurgaon, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will support the business with commercial contracting activities and related compliance needs. You will help ensure contracts align with Honeywell policies and applicable requirements, and work with internal stakeholders to support timely, practical outcomes.
This role will primarily support Honeywell’s Process Technology portfolio, with the opportunity to assist on additional matters across the Honeywell business as needed.

+ Draft, review, and support negotiation of standard and non‑standard commercial contracts and related documents (including technology license and alliance agreements), using approved templates and guidance.
