Sr. Auditor, Member Operations Transactional (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Nível: The Senior Auditor position applies advanced knowledge of Records, Order Audit, Member Compensation, Refunds & Repurchase and Herbalife Marketing Plan (WW).
Excels in customer service skills, experience and be able to handle complex and sensitive cases.
Auditor GBS will identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements.
Provide support to Records, R& R, Order Audit and Member Compensation GBS auditors with general questions (floor support) and escalated situations.
Advise and process cases of high exposure for business and / or legal exposure effectively and with limited deadlines.
Provide support to projects and initiatives reviewing and approving business requirements and document design.
Complete translation requests, and all special projects assigned and related to Member Operations.
Support company and department projects from beginning to end.
