Sr Automation Engineer - RPA

Job Description
In this role, candidates can expect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. The Sr. Automation Engineer will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze complex processes, architect end-to-end RPA and agentic automation (APA) solutions, and oversee the full automation lifecycle—from requirements and build through testing, deployment, UAT, and hypercare. This role is highly hands-on, involving advanced A360 development, Python and API integrations, and the application of best practices around security, scalability, and monitoring, while also providing technical leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement within an enterprise RPA Center of Excellence.
