Job Description
Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals. Define brand architecture, positioning, and portfolio strategy across product categories (e.g., skincare, haircare, colour cosmetics).
Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer trend analysis to identify brand opportunities. Product Development & Launches
Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives in collaboration with R&D, packaging, and design teams.
Drive end-to-end project management for new launches including concept, formulation feedback, packaging design, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and brand identity. Marketing Planning & Execution
Create and implement 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer marketing, retail).
Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies for campaign execution and brand communication.
