Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sr. Business Analyst having 4 to 6 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements.
• Formulate requirements as per customer and stakeholder needs.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline and deliverable throughout all phases of SDLC.
• Configure and verify plan's rates and benefits.
• Write SQL queries for testing and data validation.
• Work on BRD, SRS and FRS.
• Develop high-level workflow and project documentation.
• Work on Wire-frames, Mock-ups and Prototyping.
• Must document the change request and communicate accordingly.
