Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support the EPMO, business and technology initiatives across our energy operations.

Overview

This role partners closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and IT to facilitate discussions, define business processes, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable documentation. The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator, an excellent communicator, and highly skilled at documenting current- and future-state processes in regulated, operationally complex environments. Open to working on multiple initiatives.

Must Have's:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with senior-level responsibilities
  • Demonstrated strength in meeting facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Process automation 
  • Strong experience defining, analyzing, and documenting business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill...
