Sr. Business Analyst

Role Responsibilities (End-to-End Ownership)
The BA will be expected to operate across the full delivery lifecycle:
• Translate high-level executive ideas into business cases and detailed requirements
• Challenge and refine stakeholder asks (including executive-level pushback)
• Conduct deep business process analysis and impact assessment
• Drive stakeholder alignment across execs, ops, and delivery teams
• Ensure traceability from requirements → delivery → outcomes
• Act as a risk identifier (“canary in the coal mine”) during delivery
• Support multi-team coordination (up to 5+ delivery teams)
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a business perspective
• Participate in go/no-go decisioning and executive reporting
• Define post-implementation success metrics and validation plans
