**Job Description**

The Senior Business Architect plays a critical role within the portfolio and PMO ecosystem by ensuring enterprise strategy is translated into coherent, investment‑ready business capabilities, value streams, and target operating models across the health insurance enterprise. This role partners closely with Portfolio Management, Finance, Product, Operations, and Technology leaders to evaluate proposed initiatives, validate business cases, and align investments to strategic priorities, regulatory mandates, and measurable outcomes. The Senior Business Architect identifies cross‑portfolio dependencies, capability gaps, and redundancies, enabling more informed prioritization and sequencing of work.
