Grace is hiring a Supplier Relationship Manager with strong commercial relationship management and negotiation skills for industrial indirect sourcing. This role supports U.S. Market and requires alignment with U.S. business hours. Candidates must be willing to work on a U.S Time zone schedule  

This role is critical in driving cost efficiencies, supplier performance, and value creation through effective sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement across our [AMERICAS, EMEA] sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct categories such as Silicas and Organics, fine chemicals, Alumina and derivatives, metals, and metals oxides combined with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
