Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering of related field
• Applicants must be a registered/licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent certificate/license issued by relevant authority of the country.
• Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience as Capacity Development Specialist in Construction Supervision of Bridge/Highway projects and at least three (3) years of experience under FIDIC based Contract , preferably Construction MDB Harmonized Edition.
• Relevant trainings & seminars are an advantage.
