Sr Category Manager

Position Summary
Manages strategic categories, primary contact between CMs and director, they are the leader of the team, work close with the rest of the CMs to improve the negotiations and strategies to boost sales
Position Responsibilities:
- Team Management - Follow-up: DIY/COMM Projects, KPIs, Objectives, Sales/Productivity Initiatives
- Category Management - Review Proposals, Meeting with Vendors, Evaluating Samples, Product Analysis, New Adds, Deletes and Clones, Vendor Funding, Forecasting, Devaluations, Vendor Negotiations
- Supply Chain - Fill Rate, Special Orders, Recalls, Return to Vendor, Return to Stock, Order Follow up
- Store Support - Customer Satisfaction
Position Requirements:
- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study : Business Degree
- Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
