Your main responsibilities

The Senior Category Manager leads the E&E (Electric/Electronics Products & Components) sourcing category, focusing on cost savings, supply quality, and supplier relationship management, while implementing sourcing strategies like dual sourcing and volume aggregation to strengthen negotiation power. This role is responsible for driving process improvements, developing metrics, and applying best procurement practices, working closely with various departments to achieve continuous cost improvements across the value chain.

+ Lead the sourcing strategy.

+ Responsible for the overall savings projects deliverables and ensure projects milestones are achieved.

+ Develop strategic sourcing initiatives by triggering the sourcing levers: dual source, volume aggregation, demand control, should costing, etc.
