Sr. CloudOps Engineer

As a Sr. CloudOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments.



Your responsibilities will include ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems.In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners and cross-functional teams.



You will act as an escalation point for user support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration.



Additionally, you will contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, automation initiatives, and solution recommendations.



As a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud platforms and services, you will influence operational strategies and objectives. This role also includes coaching and mentoring junior engineers, as well as leading engineering projects and programs.
