Sr. CNC Machinist/Programmer

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled machinist with 10+ years of experience operating manual and CNC machines to produce precision components. This person is also expected to be a strong programmer and have experience in Master Cam. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience training and leading junior machinists is preferred.

Responsibilities:
 · Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines, lathes, and other precision equipment.
 · Set up Master Cam
 · Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
 · Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feed rates for machining operations.
 · Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
