Job Description

What you'll be doing

Lead full lifecycle development: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor modern web applications 

Drive IT strategy and engineering best practices (SLAs, release pipelines, technical debt reduction) 

Coach and develop engineers while scaling team capability and performance 

Champion Agile delivery and continuous improvement across processes and outcomes 

Partner with leadership to assess and integrate emerging technologies and trends 

Influence and support enterprise initiatives, including change management efforts 

Ensure quality, compliance, and strong internal controls across solutions 

Provide technical leadership on complex initiatives and customer-facing platforms 

Support hiring, performance management, and team development planning

What we’re looking for
