Sr. Consultant, Client Success

The Senior Manager Client Success for Mexico Client Success organization, holds a critical position within the Client Services organization, being accountable for the client experience within Mexico. This is a senior leadership role, as a member of the Client Services Mexico leadership team with reporting lines to the Vicepresident Client Services Mexico. This individual will be responsible for managing the post-sale and operational relationships with clients by driving client success outcomes. This role is accountable for the service delivery of new products, onboarding new clients, implementations, product adoption, operational support and client optimization.
