The Senior Consultant of DTC Upsell & Revenue Growth is responsible for driving incremental value across the subscriber lifecycle by identifying, executing, and optimizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role owns the development and performance of monetization strategies that increase ARPU, conversion, and customer lifetime value. Reporting to the Sr Manager, DTC Acquisition & Upsell, this individual will be the expert on DTC upsell, designing data‑driven programs that encourage subscribers to upgrade plans, purchase add-ons, and deepen engagement with our core DTC services (Crave, TSN, RDS, Starz).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end upsell strategy across core DTC offerings, including standalone services, bundles, and add‑ons
- Identify high‑impact upsell opportunities across free and paid consumer segments, working to increase ARPU, tenure and engagement
