This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share for Philips Norelco Shavers, part of the Grooming & Beauty category within NA. This includes developing the local go-to-market strategies to deliver measurable business impact and profitable growth.

Your role:

• Own business performance , leading annual plans and multi‑year strategic direction for the segment. Responsible for P&L delivery , including top‑line growth, margin expansion and mix management.
