JOB OVERVIEW

The
Sr. Contracts and Commercial Manager
oversee the administration, negotiation, and compliance of all contracts across the project lifecycle. The role ensures effective contract risk management, cost control, claims prevention, and alignment with commercial and legal standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage pre- and post-award contract administration for EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts in line with FIDIC, EPC, and construction contract frameworks
• Control contract documentation, including change orders, variations, and claims
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, engineering, and project teams to ensure contractual and commercial alignment
• Lead claims management, dispute resolution, and contract risk mitigation, including cost and schedule impacts
