+ Leading a large technical team through projects, to develop and deploy state of the art process controls technologies including hardware and software engineering capabilities in support of early stage, pilot and high-volume manufacturing activities for new technology transfer, process improvement, cost reduction or capacity expansion.

+ Actively develop and partnership with technical leaders in developing PCS strategy to support execution of corporate priorities and all Corning business operations and growth across Asia.
