Sr. Cost Accountant

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, this Senior Cost Accountant position will be an instrumental member of the finance team and will participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.

Responsibilities

• Calculating labor and overhead cost rates.
• Testing and validating module configurations in Oracle Fusion
• Collaborating to develop Manufacturing Plant Reporting within Oracle Fusion
• Generating plant financial reporting and providing variance and KPI analysis and collaborating with cross functional manufacturing teams to understand and analyze results.
• Documenting Standard Operating Procedures
• Becoming a Super User within Oracle Fusion
• Being a cross functional change management champion
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
• Other Ad hoc responsibilities and reporting as assigned
