Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years of construction experience specializing in quantity surveying, cost analysis, and contract evaluation
• Highly capable of analyzing project and business operations performance metrics
• With advanced knowledge in SAP, AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Preferably with experience in overhead transmission lines, geothermal, hydropower and binary power plant works
• With good English communication skills, oral and verbal
• Willing to be assigned to Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Responsibilities

The Senior Cost Engineer is responsible for managing and controlling the Project cost in reference to the tender budget. He / She is responsible for the implementation of commercial functions and ensures that the Project is delivered based on Contract requirements.
