About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., a Senior Cost Engineer plays a critical role in cost estimation, budget management, and financial planning for projects. They ensure that construction costs are accurately estimated, controlled, and optimized to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

What you'll do

1. Carry out appraisals on applying contractors for a specific project.
2. Budget Creation for Business Plan, Permits, Bank and Bidding 
3. Participate in checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
4. Regular coordination with Materials Controller and purchasing department regarding latest prices of 
   materials.
5. Prepare reports as required.
6. Resolve any unexpected budget & costing technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
