Sr Costing Engineer
Your main responsibilities
Manage product cost structure development & product cost determination at the component level, conduct analysis of bills of material & verification for manufactured / assembled components. Responsible to build and maintain costing process competence from design to manufacturing and manage actions for costing opportunities and business case realization.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
+ Cost estimates/comparison for product manufactured and purchased by supply chain (20%).
+ Evaluation cost estimate targets through the design and development process and recommending cost-effective solutions (should costing and benchmarking) (30%).
+ Investigation of cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review and take actions to implement initiatives (cost-out and project management) (30%).
