+ Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping dates, and product issues through calls and emails.

+ Collaborate with various departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, and Sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.

+ Process customer orders, including order entry, changes, and returns, while monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
