Job Description
As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. You will report directly to our Cust Exp Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and executing customer experience strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving customer interactions and touchpoints.
+ Process and promptly respond to e-mail requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
+ Use SAP to enter and retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, and make changes on customer purchase orders.
+ Maintain good relationships with other departments to enhance the customer experience....
