Primary Purpose
Varicent’s Customer Success team is seeking a Sr Customer Education Specialist to lead the delivery and evolution of our live Varicent product enablement sessions. The goal of these programs is to ensure learners not only understand our platforms but can confidently apply their knowledge in their day‑to‑day roles. This role is key in empowering users through practical, scenario‑based learning—emphasizing the “why” and “how” behind tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Development
- Partner with instructional designers and product SMEs to develop and iterate on vILT curriculum, ensuring content is technically accurate, engaging, and aligned with customer needs
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the Admin Enablement Program and broader customer learning ecosystem, proposing new modules, tracks, or learning formats
