. Job Objective

The data encoder is responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, processing, and maintaining vital data to support the organization's operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and a high level of commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.

II. Task and Activities

1. Supervise and manage a team of data encoders to ensure productivity and accuracy targets are met.

2. Assign daily encoding tasks and balance workloads acress the team Updating existing records to ensure all information is current and correct.

3. Review encoded data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
