Purpose of the job

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data driven solutions to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. It involves designing and optimizing predictive models, uncovering patterns in large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision making.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Lead AI/ML initiatives, driving innovation and strategic alignment with business objectives.
2. Develop, architect and optimize large-scale deep learning and generative AI solutions.
3. Build robust pipelines for continuous model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
4. Research and implement cutting-edge AI advancements
5. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
