Sr. Demand Planner

The Senior Demand Planner leads the demand forecasting and planning process to ensure accurate demand signals, optimal inventory levels and strong service performance. The role leverages data-driven analysis and market insights to translate commercial plans into a reliable demand forecast, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. This position owns forecast performance, guides the demand planning team, and drives continuous improvement in planning processes and governance.

Educational Requirement:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any related field.

Experience:

• 3 yrs of work experience in Demand Planning Management in a senior or supervisory role preferable in FMCG.
• Strong exposure to promotions, seasonality, and high-SKU environments.
