Sr. Deputy Manager Merchandiser

Role Description

• Assist merchandising teams in developing & scaling Time & Action Calendars. Lead and drive team to successfully meet all calendar milestones; assist in troubleshooting daily production issues with team members and factory as they arise. Complete T&A Management & Execution.
• Lead daily closing & weekly WIP Production meeting, communicating all production and delivery updates to customer functional teams.
• Maintain transparent client communication and follow-up on development, production & inquiries.
• Monitor performance and meet business sales targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering / Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in merchandising, minimum 03 years experience of team leading and supervision.
