Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance for their assigned NPD projects including both system integration project and component development projects.
  • Based on the customer requirements and design concept, guide team to identify potential failure mode and define verification method.
  • Ensuring the risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are managed and updated.
  • Supporting and coaching the team on methods and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, DOE, test and evaluation plan, Marciano, Risk Assessment) needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets.
