Sr. Developer

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 5+ years' development experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core
- Strong experience with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL Server (we use RDS Postgres)
- Proven experience with API and microservice development
- Exposure to test automation, integration testing, and ideally TDD practices
- Experience working with cloud-native platforms, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Good to have:
- Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated security
- Experience with observability tooling (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Background in regulated industries, ideally financial services
- Understanding of banking or accounting systems and models
