**Job Description**

We are seeking a strong and dynamic **Sr. Director, Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC)** to lead the DTC team for the Outdoor Performance platform and shape the digital future of some of the industry’s most respected performance gear brands. This leader will define and champion a unified DTC vision that elevates how consumers discover, engage with, and purchase our products across every digital touchpoint. The role is central to building a connected, insight‑driven digital ecosystem—leading the DTC team while driving close, in‑person collaboration with cross‑functional platform leaders to deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences.
