The Role

The Senior Director, Global Public Affairs & Policy will be responsible for shaping and advancing Genmab’s global policy and external engagement agenda across Europe and International regions. The role will help ensure that the broader policy landscape supports timely and sustainable patient access to our oncology and hematology therapies. A key focus of the role is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers and external stakeholders, while raising awareness of Genmab’s science, values, and commitment to patients. The role also requires solid commercial understanding to ensure alignment between policy activities and business priorities. This position will work closely with Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Corporate Communications, U.S. Policy, and regional General Managers, ensuring a coordinated approach from global strategy to local execution.
