Sr. Director, GTM Systems

Job Overview iCIMS is seeking a Sr. Director, GTM Systems to define and own the north-star vision and reference architecture for our GTM technology stack, ensuring alignment with company growth, segmentation, and data strategy. In this role, you will establish standards and guardrails, make build-versus-buy decisions, and advise senior leadership on how systems enable operating model shifts. You will shape the roles, skills, and resourcing needed to execute the roadmap, while personally driving the design and build of strategic, high-value initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure secure, compliant, and scalable delivery across CRM, CPQ, CLM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success, Data, AI, and integration layers.
