Sr. Director, Industrial Acquisitions - Real Estate

The Senor Director of Industrial Acquisitions role is responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industrial acquisitions in the Northeast region. This job is also responsible for managing acquisitions team members, setting goals and driving operational results while ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed by direct reports.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Manages all activities surrounding the sourcing, closing and funding of industrial real estate acquisition and development transactions.
+ Analyzes new industrial real estate acquisition opportunities and ensures they are in alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational decisions.
+ Develops external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers and lenders.
