Sr Director – Legal Operations, Systems/AI

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive enterprise-wide legal technology transformation initiatives, including the modernization of legal operations, implementation and optimization of digital tools and AI-enabled solutions, process re-design, data and reporting strategy, and cross functional change management to enhance efficiency, scalability, risk management, and business partnership across the legal function.

In this role at Honeywell, you will lead the Legal Technology Transformation team within Honeywell’s Legal Transformation and Operations function and drive the Legal organization’s digital transformation agenda by identifying and deploying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled legal solutions, to modernize legal workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, strengthen governance, and improve operational effectiveness.
