Sr. Director of Payroll

We’re partnering with a dynamic organization seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to lead and elevate a high-impact payroll function. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with an executive presence who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and is passionate about process improvement and team development.


What You’ll Do:

+ Lead, mentor, and strengthen an established payroll team

+ Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across a large, seasonal workforce:

+ ~1,400 full-time employees

+ ~1,200 part-time employees

+ 8,000–9,000 seasonal employees

+ Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and scalability initiatives

+ Partner cross-functionally to optimize payroll operations and integrations

+ Ensure compliance across multi-state payroll, taxes, and garnishments
