  • Lead integrated project and portfolio management across multiple global Phase 2-3 neuroscience programs.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, CMC, to ensure aligned planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee program timelines, budgets, governance reporting, and scenario‑based planning in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Manage CROs and external vendors to ensure performance, quality, and delivery of key milestones.
  • Drive operational excellence within a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority while contributing strategically to development pathways.
