Sr Director, Quality (Guadalajara)

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Quality Director located in Guadalajara South.

The “Sr. Quality Director” will be reporting to the VP of Operations.

Typical Day

Accountable for all aspects of building, maintaining, and improving quality systems including compliance, customer assurance (participation in customer project teams), and document control for manufacturing and design locations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Interface with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and customer representatives to develop quality systems, ensure compliance, set goals and solutions when required.

Coach QA chiefs to develop effective system and compliance strategies that meet business goals.

Provide proactive regulatory advice and expertise on a integral basis to guide management.
