Job Description
Job Purpose This position will be responsible for leading the regional structure dedicated to commercial execution as a vendor, responsible for the entire Go to Market as a service strategy for Broadcom (and potentially other vendors in the future). This role focuses on direct engagement with end‑users, revenue growth, renewal rate improvement, and new business generation, with full autonomy over pricing and commercial conditions. Responsibilities Lead and Develop a Multicultural Team . Manage and mentor Account Executives across Brazil, Mexico, CCA, NOLA, and SOLA, with an initial team of five direct reports and potential for future expansion. End‑to‑End Go‑to‑Market Ownership . Define and execute the regional sales plan for end users, including pipeline management, forecasting, in‑person visits to strategic accounts, and partner engagement.
