and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development plays a critical leadership role in defining and executing Orion Steel’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the SVP, this role partners closely with corporate and operating company leadership to drive growth initiatives, conduct market and competitive analysis, support strategic planning, and lead M&A execution. The Senior Director operates as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, developing the analyses, frameworks, and processes that inform key business decisions across Orion Steel and its subsidiaries.
Partner with the SVP and functional leaders to develop, refine, and communicate the company’s long-term strategy and annual strategic priorities
Manage the company’s annual strategic planning and goal-setting cycle, including business unit reviews, KPI tracking, and initiative reporting
