Sr. Dispatching Assistant

· Perform a daily and monthly reconciliation process with warehouse (WH) personnel to identify and address any discrepancies between the stock sheet summary report and the actual inventory count reported by the warehouse.

· Review the Stock Sheet Summary Report: Examine the quantities listed in the stock sheet summary report, which details the expected inventory levels based on previous records and transactions.

· Compare with Actual Counts: Coordinate with warehouse personnel to get the actual inventory counts from physical inspections

· Investigate and Resolve Issues: Collaborate with warehouse staff to determine the cause of any discrepancies. This could involve investigating potential issues such as errors in recording, misplaced items, or system glitches.

· Update Records: Make necessary adjustments to the stock sheet summary report to accurately reflect the true inventory levels.
