Job Description

Responsible for ensuring product compliance with company standards, driving continuous product improvement, supporting new product introductions, and monitoring customer service objectives. This position may or may not have direct reports. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM).
As required, works on the implementation of software design changes or printed circuit board (PCB) modifications for company products.

JOB DUTIES:
 
Implements software changes and enhancements for company products.
 Implements design changes to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components used in company products.
Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the product Bill of Materials (BOM).
 Responds to customer issues by providing technical analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Addresses manufacturing issues related to product design and engineering concerns.
