Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
Provide engineering support for field quality issues reported, offering effective solutions to improve product quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.
Provide factory support regarding product engineering and design fabricated in commercial manufacturing plants under our operative system Cx.
Maintain the accuracy of engineering information, update and manage the master Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering specifications.
Lead and execute mid to high-complexity programs with minimal supervision/direction.
Performed engineering test and qualification plan for product improvements.
Secure and keep agency reports for Commercial products under UL and ETL.
Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project team members and key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive.
