**Role Responsibilities:**

+ Provide engineering support for field quality issues reported, offering effective solutions to improve product quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.
+ Provide factory support regarding product engineering and design fabricated in commercial manufacturing plants under our operative system Cx.
+ Maintain the accuracy of engineering information, update and manage the master Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering specifications.
+ Lead and execute mid to high-complexity programs with minimal supervision/direction.
+ Performed engineering test and qualification plan for product improvements.
+ Secure and keep agency reports for Commercial products under UL and ETL.
+ Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project team members and key stakeholders.
+ Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive.
